From sector winner to national winner
In March 2025, Breman Machinery was already named Best Learning Company 2025 in the Technology and Built Environment sector. This qualified us for the national election organised by the Dutch Cooperation Organisation for Vocational Education, Training and the Labour Market (SBB).
On 19 May 2025, the national final took place during the Dit is mbo Ambassadors Gala in Apeldoorn. Eppo Bruins, Minister of Education, Culture and Science, announced that Breman Machinery is the Best Learning Company in the Netherlands 2025.
The national title is a great confirmation of the approach we have developed within our company over the past few years. Students do not only learn at school, but also have the opportunity to apply their knowledge directly in practice. They work on real technical assignments and products and gain hands-on experience along the way.
Recognition for practical learning
The jury particularly valued the fact that students at Breman Machinery are given assignments that match their talents and skills. The results are then actually put into practice within the company. This means learning goes beyond acquiring technical knowledge: students also develop their independence, confidence and practical experience.
The award is therefore not only recognition for Breman Machinery as a learning company, but also for our colleagues and practical trainers who are committed to guiding students every day.
From a sector award to being named Best Learning Company in the Netherlands: a great milestone for everyone at Breman Machinery who contributed to this achievement!
